Procedure:
Connect the linear actuator to a stable power source with secure connections.
Power wiring:
Black wire ➔ Negative terminal (-) → Actuator retracts
Red wire ➔ Positive terminal (+) → Actuator extends
Wiring for Hall-Sensor Actuators (6-core cable):
plaintext复制Brown : Power positive (Motor+) Blue : Power negative (Motor-) → Extends Green : Hall sensor A output (Hall A Vout) White : Hall sensor B output (Hall B Vout) Red : Hall sensor power (Hall VCC+) Black : Hall sensor ground (Hall GND-)
Use the dedicated controller to move the actuator forward/backward.
Follow the controller’s instruction manual for precise control.
Post-operation: Always disconnect the power supply after use.
Key requirements:
Input DC voltage must match the actuator’s rated voltage.
Power supply must deliver rated current under load (see table below).
For multi-actuator setups: Total power = Single actuator power × Quantity
Actuator Model | Max Power per Actuator | Recommended Power Supply |
---|---|---|
ANT26 Actuator | 14.5W | ≥14.5W |
ANT35 Actuator | 50W | ≥50W |
ANT38 Actuator | 50W | ≥50W |
ANT52 Actuator | 160W | ≥160W |
