1. How do linear actuators work?
Antuator linear actuator drives the trapezoidal screw through the built-in planetary gear motor, which then pushes the nut fixed to the push-pull tube to run the push-pull tube. The positive and reverse operation of the motor enables the forward and reverse operation of the nut above the screw to achieve the push-pull action!
2. How to select the linear actuators?
You can choose a right linear motor through the following technical parameters. •Push and pull forces:Each Antuator linear actuator has a different internal configuration to achieve a different load capacity. You need to determine the push and pull force based on the actual weight. •Load speed:The linear actuator has different operating speeds under different load. The higher the load, the slower it works. You need to know the time it takes to actually complete the push-sliding action to infer the load speed. •Stroke:Stroke means the distance from the fully closed position to the center of the front-end mounting hole for all open positions. You need to know the push-pull distance to choose the stroke. •Minimum installation size:The minimum mounting size is determined based on the design of your product. 
3. Are the linear actuators waterproof?
Yes. Except the ANT-16, all the other linear actuators are IP66 and IP67M protection.ANT-38 is IP69K as well. They are no problem to be used outdoor. The ANT-16 is IP65.
4. Where are the linear actuators used?
The ANTUATOR linear actuators are widely used for automotive industry, boat and yacht automation, motorized pergola, pop top roof, skylight, louvred windows, medical equipment, agricultural machines and automation machines.
5. How to control the quality of the electric linear actuator?
To guarantee the actuator quality, performance, and longevity, we perform regular testing and inspections according to rigorous process.
6. How about the after-service?
Warranty period is one year in normal, some special application used can be five years.
7. What voltage does the Antuator electric linear actuator provide?
Antuator primarily provides electric linear actuators with DC voltages of 12V and 24V.
8. What is the working mechanism of the Antuator in-line linear actuator?
It operates for 2 minutes and then rests for 18 minutes.
9. What is the maximum speed of the electric actuators?
We manufacture the small linear actuators with different speeds based on various application environments. However, the maximum speed of each product depends on the motor model, gear ratio, and screw type used. Currently, the fastest speed is achieved by the ANT-52 electric linear actuator with a load of 300N, reaching speeds of up to 55mm/s.
10. What is the maximum load of the linear motor?
Each actuator we provide can be customized according to your needs, and currently supports a maximum push-pull force of 12,000 N.
11. What is the maximum stroke of our tubular linear actuators?
We can provide customized linear motion solutions according to your needs. We offer common stroke ranges from 20mm to 900mm.
12. How is the stroke position of the electric linear actuators controlled?
The stroke position of the linear actuators can be controlled by a Hall encoder combined with a controller.
13. Can electric linear actuators that we have be made dustproof or waterproof?
Our actuators are designed to meet the requirements of different application environments. They feature waterproof connectors at the lead wires and sealing rings and oil seals at the extension rod and sleeve joints. We offer different dustproof and waterproof ratings, such as IP65, IP66, IP67M and IP69K to meet outdoor rain or underwater operation requirements.
14. What are the possible reasons for the linear actuator not working?
The main components of the actuators include the motor gears, screw, nut, sleeve, sliding seat, housing, and safety switch. Any problem with these components may cause the actuators to malfunction. If the electric actuator is not working, start by checking the main component (the motor).
15. How to calculate the torque of the linear actuators?
The torque calculation formula for the electric push rod is: Gearbox torque = 9550 × Motor power ÷ Motor power input speed × Gear ratio × Utilization factor.
16. What is the maximum ratio between the extended and fully retracted states of the electric linear actuators?
The maximum ratio between the extended and fully retracted states of the electric actuator depends on the chosen extension rod, screw, nut, and other materials and does not have a specific value.

1. Do you have standard off-the-shelf products?
Yes, the CART-P04 and CART-P05 is are both standards except the CART-X01, CART-X02, CART-P01. But the electric roof lift systems can be customized to our customers based on their specific RV roof needs.

The max load of Cartuator X01 is 65KG, X02 is 70KG, P01 is 360KG,P04 is 200KG,P05 is 100KG.
3. What is the max lifting height of the electric roof lift system?
The max lifting height of Cartuator X01/X02 is1000mm, P01 is 800mm,P04 is 740mm, P05 is 750mm.
4. How can I customize the electric roof lift system?
You need confirm the weight of your roof, the height of your roof lift, and confirm whether you have enough space for installation
5. Are your electric pop-up roof lift system resistant to harsh weather conditions ?
The Antuator linear actuators in the lifting system have an IP67M rating, which means they are dustproof and waterproof.
6. Can you provide controls?
Yes, The complete electric pop-up roof lift system includes the controller But the controller is not sold separately.
7. How to use the controller to operate the lifting system?
